AeroGarden Shipping and Returns Policy
AeroGarden Shipping Information
Due to the incredible demand for the AeroGarden and AeroGarden products, shipping times may vary. Most AeroGarden orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please refer to the product information pages for detailed shipping information and times. All products are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You will be notified with shipping details and information after placing an order. If you have questions regarding shipping or product delivery, please email info@hydroponichomegarden.com for information.
International Orders & Free Shipping
Free shipping, as well as calculated shipping costs do not apply to international orders or orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. All duties, taxes and other shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Should the customer neglect to pay the appropriate duties/fees, Fisch Industries (The Hydroponic Home Garden.com) reserves the right to charge all applicable duties/fees to the customers credit card. International AeroGarden orders are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. All AeroGarden units are 110V electricity. We are not responsible for damage caused to an AeroGarden due to voltage conversions and electricity converters. If a product is discovered to be defective or need service, all shipping costs to and from customer are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are non-refundable once shipped, and may only be exchanged. If delivery is refused or products are not delivered successfully, a refund for shipping will not be issued.
AeroGarden Return Policy
Defective or unused AeroGarden products must be discovered and returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Requests for returns made after the 15 day period will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Prior to returning any products, you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Once an RMA number has been issued, products must be returned within 15 days. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of customer. Products purchased that received Free Shipping will receive a full refund minus a $15 shipping recovery charge. Should you require a RMA number, please email info@hydroponichomegarden.com and indicate the reason for the return in the email. If an item is discovered to be used, or is returned without all of the original packaging, the return will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the product is returned in other than the original packaging and arrives damaged, a refund will not be issued.
